Traveling is truly an amazing experience! A chance to make memories and friends to last you a lifetime. To ensure that World of Good Travel trip participants have a good time and return home safely, all participants must agree to the following:
In the event of any participant agreement violations, the guides will decide on an appropriate action. Serious infractions will result in immediate dismisal of the participant. All costs to return home are at the participant's expense. If the local authorities are involved, participants will be subject to the laws of the country they are visiting.
- Participants must follow the instructions from the guides. Participants are subject to all laws of the host country.
- All scheduled activities are obligatory. Participants must notify a guide if they are sick or have an injury that might prevent participation in an activity.
- Participants must not separate from the group unless they have the guide’s permission. Participants should notify a guide where they will be, with whom, and when they will return.
- Participants must adhere to nightly curfew for their own safety and security. Participants must sleep in their assigned rooms and are not allowed to have any unregistered guests in their room.
- Always be on time for scheduled activities and departures. It is unfair to keep others waiting and you don't want to miss a thing.
- Participants are personally responsible for expenses they charge to the room including phone calls, laundry, food, etc. Participants who cause any damage to a room are liable for the cost of repairing the damage.
- Smoking is not allowed on buses, during meals, in hostel rooms or in any other shared and enclosed space.
- Participants may drink in countries where they are of legal drinking age. However, excessive drinking or disorderly conduct will result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the tour at the participant’s expense.
- Sexual activities, physical assault, possession of illegal drugs and any illegal activities will not be tolerated and are punishable by immediate dismissal from the tour.
- Participants will be respective of each other, guides, and locals. Any participant whose behavior is offensive to other members of the group or whose behavior threatens their own safety or that of other group members will result in disciplinary action or immediate dismissal from the tour.
